Well, like I promised, here are some other skills covered and Seuss books read during Seuss week. I found the Cat in the Hat puzzle at Border's. Thing 1 and Thing 2 puppets came from Michael's craft store. They had a great variety of Seuss-sational instructional items. At each table, during math, I created tiny cats for 1 to 1 correspondence ( the plates had numbers on them), red bow ties for sequencing numbers with money and numbers 1- 30, and cat faces with coins. Students matched the coins and amounts.
